I'm feeling quite sad that...What a lovely post! I'm feeling quite sad that none of my four lupines came back up this year. The first year, the deer (or some animal) ate them, last year they seemed to do quite well. I've decided to give it one more shot--maybe three's the charm. It hasn't been warm enough here yet to start the day on the patio, but I'm looking forward to it! Glad to hear things worked out with the new hire.
