This week my Pairs are a couple of trees that tickled my humour as I thought of people & body parts. The first tree seems to be staring at me with a look of astonishment and the second tree looks like a person's bottom just about to sit down. Natures does continue to amuse & amaze me.

well spotted - that eye is eerie
ReplyDeleteThanks Helena. I am really enjoying participation in Pairs. You are a genius for coming up with this idea.
DeleteWell seen ... a brilliant choice of photos.
ReplyDeleteThanks Elileen. Participating in Pairs certainly has been on a constant look out - sharpens the eye.
DeleteThey are very clever. I too like finding shapes. That eye though.....you better be careful that tree doesn't chase you down the path.....
ReplyDeleteHahaha Maggie, that tree better be well rooted to the spot. Not on my list of night strolls !
DeleteWell spotted!
ReplyDeleteThanks Deb - I cannot walk past this tree now without saying hello because I see "his" face.
DeleteOh! what a great pair! I have been away for a couple of months so may I just say Hello! Nice to meet you.
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting me Miriam. Before being a blogger myself, I was a lurker on your site, so I am glad you are back & we can visit again.
Deletethese are so hilarious...and you are very right about both of them!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Marsha. Trees are certainly a favourite of mine.
DeleteHi Mary-Lou ~ Thanks so much for the lovely comment you left on my blog this morning. :o) I love these photos and the second one really caught my eye. It's as if the tree is doing a yoga pose called chair (utkatasana). Lol. I love it.
ReplyDeleteOh, and yes, our baby turtle Casper has been found and is doing well! xo
Thanks Deb for letting me know about Casper. Glad he has been found safe. I bet he has adventure tales to tell your other turtle. I think I have tried that yoga pose within a stretch class - glad to know it's proper name.
DeleteHaha! That second one especially..now I've seen it I can't see it any other way..if you see what I mean lol
ReplyDeleteWink Wink Nod Nod, I'll say no more but I do think I know what you mean ...
DeleteWell spotted! They did make me laugh.
ReplyDeleteGlad you enjoyed - laughter is the best.
DeleteOh both of these made me laugh - especially that second one :)
ReplyDeleteMissus Wookie nature can be both profound & humorous & some days I'd rather see the humorous. Glad you had a chuckle.
DeleteHow brilliant are these! You've made both me and Himself laugh this evening :).
ReplyDeleteGlad you both enjoyed. I have thought of enlarging the second photo of the sitting tree but can't decide which room to hang it in.
DeleteLOL!!! Both are wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThanks Karen. Laughter is the gift that keeps on giving.
DeleteOh my yes they do, especially that second one! Looks like we must be near each other as Burlington is next to our town.
ReplyDeleteNothing to add but I too really enjoy that second photo. I'd like to prop a chair down under it for laughs!
