Hmm, yeah, it is actually possible to be kind and right (and genuine) all at once. Reminds me of a boss I once had who liked to say "It's more important to do the right thing than to do things right" as an excuse for mismanaging or manipulating situations and thereby creating collateral damage. I always wondered what was stopping him doing both. Laziness and ignorance I suspect! Ella
