Linking in with Helena & the other snappy folks. Have a peek & then join in the fun at : SNAP
This week's SNAP collection is from my walk to the tree I am following for the year. My tree resides on the edge of the park & corn field. I was surprised that on such a beautiful morning, the park was empty. Maybe everyone was over at the splash pad? The township has spent a lot of money upgrading & supplying new play equipment. All of the equipment is situated on a 3 foot bed of soft wood mulch. Other than the 4 areas I have shown, there are several other play pods that should engage kids in climbing, bending, stretching, pushing - the full works of play, but I have no idea what the bee does for fun.
I think the bee's fun lies in giving rides to happy, laughing kiddies. In fact, I'd like to have a go!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a great space to come and play. A little sad to see it so empty.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful play area! My granddaughters would love it!
ReplyDeletelooks lots of fun for kids - hope they came to play later
ReplyDeleteWhat great play equipment. A splash pad sounds good too!
ReplyDeletelucky kids to get to use this new playground!
ReplyDeleteLol. Does the bee even move? Rock back and forth? Looking forward to hearing more about your tree.
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful park
ReplyDeleteThe bee looks so startled! A great set for Snap as always Mary-Lou It's strange to see the empty park though.
ReplyDeleteGreat snaps! We took a walk at the local park earlier this week & the playground was full of kids & parents enjoying a cloudy evening (because it's much too hot when the sun's out right now).
ReplyDeleteWhat super things to have a go on - as you say, shame to see it so underused. The bee does look rather droopy and a tad sad ..
