Good Morning, I hope everyone is doing well.
Since I am feeling rather blue this Monday, I thought I would leave you with some of my pretty in pink photos of last year's garden.
I'll be fine, nothing a long walk outside, a cup of tea & a good night's sleep won't cure. This too shall pass.
I'm sending you happy thoughts and a bright smile today!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ruth, I can use. :)
DeleteThose poppies and peonies are absolutely beautiful. I do hope you end the day in a brighter mood.
ReplyDeleteThanks Deb. I got some fresh air, which always helps.
DeleteI'm sorry you're feeling blue and hope your cure works. Those lovely photos are certainly cheering me up. Thx :) I don't have enough sun for flowers like that, so I'm enjoying photos of yours.
ReplyDeleteI think it's just a case of not enough fresh air. I have a photo frame that shows my garden on my desk at work, sometimes it cheers me sometimes it makes me long to get home & enjoy. It's about 2 months away before there will be any patio sitting time.
DeleteHope your week improves! Exercise and sleep sound like good cures to me - maybe a slice of cake would be good too? :o) x
ReplyDeleteIt's a raw bitter cold day so not a long walk. I had a slice of Simnel cake yesterday so that should be my week's cake quota ...now to get a good night's sleep in (if only).
DeleteThose flowers should cheer all of us up who are still buried under piles of snow---with more forecast for the next two days! Fortunately for us, it's not as terrible as the east coast is getting. I hope the fresh air and your pretty photos have cheered you up. I think March is one long month and it's easy to feel blue.
ReplyDeleteThanks Karen. Compared to the east we haven't gotten off quite lightly. I think the long dull month of March is certainly one to be contended with. Maybe some time in the local garden centre's greenhouses may be part of the cure :)
Deletethat should say we have gotten off quite lightly in this area. Between cats & early morning fingers on the keyboard, it is a wonder anything comes out in English ... (col).
DeleteOh such lovely flowers - they should put you in the "pink". Happy thoughts for feeling less blue.
ReplyDeleteThanks JoAnn. In spite of the time change, March around here tends to be a dull month. Snow melts, snow comes again, snow melts again, it's just part of the season. I need to buy some of the pots of forced spring bulls to cheer me on :)
DeleteI am so looking forward to spring...summer actually.
ReplyDeleteYour photos put a smile on my face, I hope you have one as well <3
Thanks Tracy. The blues are vanishing, sunshine & outside walks are helping. I know you are anxious to get to your camp/cottage :)
DeleteHope you are feeling brighter now. Lovely cheering flowers.
ReplyDeleteThanks Maggie. I just keep telling myself "it's a good day to have a good day."
DeleteOh, I do hope the week is looking up. Thanks for sharing those lovely blooms!
