Thank YOU for hosting us! I always enjoy this challenge and must now sort out the photos I'm using to fill in the gaps from previous link ups. Is there a winter version out there somewhere?
ReplyDeleteHow does that VW beetle see out of that back windscreen?!
Thanks Deb for joining in with SPSH. Eileen hosts the winter version of the photo hunts - it starts this year, December 1st - her link is: http://in-my-playroom.blogspot.com/
DeleteThanks for organising the hunt again this year. It's been fun, as always x
ReplyDeleteIt's been my pleasure to do. Thank you Eileen for playing along. I'll update my post to include your link for the Winter version of PSH - yeah!
DeleteThank you again for hosting such a fun hunt! It's a highlight of my summer!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ruth. I try to myself find things not on/near the patio - it encourages me have adventures off the patio.
DeleteThank you so much Eileen it's been great fun - my final post has just gone up and I'm looking forward to having a look at everyone else's posts over the next few days- https://ofsowingandgrowing.blogspot.com/2019/09/summer-scavenger-hunt-last-post.html
ReplyDeleteTanya glad you had some fun with the summer photo search. Be sure to join in for Eileen's winter photo search, post for that goes at her site on December 1st.
DeleteGreat finds to finish off the hunt! That window filled with bumper stickers made me laugh and the corn makes me hungry.
ReplyDeleteThanks so very much for hosting - I thoroughly enjoyed the hunt (several times!) over the summer.
You are most welcome, so glad you enjoyed. I liked your idea that you got your younger family members along with Robbie involved in the search. You had some really good finds. That little VW bug made me laugh also in the fact it was from Hawaii - that's a long trip & I wondered if the car was shipped or flown over to N.A.
DeleteLove the pile of corn cobs - our local farmer has just now finished brining his crop to us city folks. It is always so fresh I can't wait each year for him to arrive!
ReplyDeleteWe have a number of corn stands, but the Van Tol corn is by far the best & sweetest - we plan to get our last feed of it this Thursday.
DeleteGreat finds! I always love this challenge and thank you for hosting it! My link will be up tomorrow I hope. I'm blaming it's lateness on being away for three weeks, and trying to catch up now that I'm home!
ReplyDeleteThanks Karen for joining in. I say your post is perfect timing. I cannot wait to see all the photos from your travels.
Deletesome great finds, I'm a bit late for the rest of this I'm so sorry I didn't finish it but I enjoyed looking out for things.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jane. You don't need to apologize, the search is meant as fun only, no commitments required. Glad it had you looking, which I believe is why I do the searches, it gets me off the patio & noticing more. If you enjoyed looking for things on the list, then you were successful. :)
DeleteYes thanks for taking the trouble to run the hunt. It brings a lot of pleasure to a lot of people. There are serious number of stickers on that car!
ReplyDeleteOh thanks Maggie for those kind words. The care was covered back, both sides & some on the front wind screen. It seems that little beetle bug had travelled about quite a bit.
DeleteI thought I commented, earlier, but, apparently, I didn't! Thank you for hosting this. I really enjoyed participating.
ReplyDeleteGlad you joined in - you certainly had quite a lot of very good finds for this search.
DeleteThanks for hosting - I'm a little late getting mine posted. I had never seen a bee house like that one. Always fun to see what shots everyone else snaps.
ReplyDeleteIt was a pleasure for me to host & I'm always pleased that others join in. You did have some very good finds. Thanks for joining in Susanne.
DeleteThank you for hosting the scavenger hunt. I look forward to this every year and have really enjoyed joining in again. x x
ReplyDeleteKaren so glad you joined in. I always like seeing what others have found for the search. Hopefully you'll join in with Eileen's WPSH of which the list should be posted December 1st.
