I was surprised that I was able to capture about 4 on the weekend & today I was able to snap a photo of a large snapping turtle crossing the road in front of me. She/He did get across safely. Not sure why my SPSH logo is so blurry.
Way to go and WOW to turtles crossing the road. Can't wait to see that pic. Only wild turtles I've ever seen were Japanese (but you knew that). We here in the UK are all ruminating about turtles/tortoises and flagpoles! I can see I will be using the alternatives (probably all of them) this year!
Was wondering how you'd done the pic. I tried clicking on it but it seems to be embedded (or whatever the phrase is). With mine, I right-clicked on Rinda's photo at Gallo Organico and saved to my PC, then uploaded it to my post as per any other photo. I did resize it as it was quite a large file, but that's not essential. (To add in the sidebar, go to layout, "add gadget", select the "add an image" gadget and upload. There is a box on that page in which you can add a link to Rinda's blog, should you wish. Hope that helps.)
Ah, indeedy! Well, I haven't actually taken any pics yet, but...
