Today's Pairs were captured while we strolled around Riverside Park in Guelph, looking for items listed on SPSH. The staff manning the pedal boat station engaged in quite the back and forth banter about the life jacket tree - I asked if it was a native life jacket tree, to which his quick wit countered, no it was an import, native life jacket trees are a different colour and don't bloom until much later in the season ... hahaha ... either way, one is mandatory for the other to happen and no we didn't petal.

DeleteFull marks to that woman! I heard that, like the ash, the N American lifejacket tree was under threat from a foreign borer. Jackets rendered useless from all the holes... She should have told you that.
