Wisdom Wednesday

Don't ruin a good today by thinking about a bad yesterday.  Let it go.

Personally, I struggle with this wisdom but I'm working on letting it go ... oh & I do not support actually releasing balloons, it's bad for the wildlife.

  1. For me, it depends. If it's just one of those days where nothing went to plan I can start a new day and not fret about the previous day. I find it much more difficult if the day went wrong because of a people related issue. I have to work through it in my mind and that can sometimes take a while.
