WPSH Second Link In

In case you have missed it, Eileen at A Bracelet of Days is hosting the 2019/2020 Winter Photography Scavenger Hunt, (WPSH). Eileen will be hosting a link up at the end of each month so you can share your finds.

Here are a few of my 2nd batch of finds:

1 In The Bag. A weekly occurrence, they play in my emptied grocery bags

2 Contrast
6 Vintage - the oldest building in our little village

10 Little Things - from my Santa Collection, each dangling ornament is about the size of a thumbnail

Alt B. A community market - a local all year market

  1. That tiny market is so original, I bet no one else finds a market like that!

    1. It's difficult to find markets locally in the winter. Markets are fare weather for us! The lady has the most delicious loaves such as banana or lemon. Umm yes maybe another drive out!

  2. That's a lovely selection - such tiny Christmas decorations. I had to smile at the last one, with its optimistic 'Open' sign (as it wasn't looking desperately so!).

    1. Our little Bakin'n Eggs market is very popular but sometimes during the cold winter months the hens don't lay & she doesn't bake. I won't complain (too loudly) because it is such a pretty drive to her market :)

  4. Your snowy brick "contrast" photo is my favorite of these. There are so many ways to fulfill the prompt :)

  5. I had a few other contrast photos, one that doesn't show well was the Blue Jays in my evergreen tree.

    1. The business in the old building closed their doors today for the final time - after 23 years. I just hope who ever buys the building respects the heritage.

  7. Great selections! I've barely started, but hope to have enough to participate in the link in February.

    1. Winter searches are tougher for me as I don't get out as much as I do in the summer, so I'm feeling rather pleased at some success with these finds. Good luck with your searches.

  8. Oh I love that tiny market ... a good choice for the prompt. My favourite though had to be your colourful shopping bag being utilised as a place to play.

    1. The tiny market posted today she has lemon poppyseed cakes on offer! My fur girls love bags, boxes are second favourite as long as there isn't a lid on the box.

  9. I love your 'little things'; I have no idea what I will photograph for that one yet.

    1. Thanks Amanda. It came to me as I was packing up & said exactly that "oh these little things ..." I'm with you on taking photos of other people's garden gates & may also stick with my own.

  10. Those are great finds, but, my favorite has to be the cats playing in the bag! :)

    1. Thank you. I think I take this same photo every week or at least one similar. It's a big deal when "Mom" empties out the shopping bags.
