Seeing Red In May

I did not realize until I was sorting through May's photos, that I had several photos that could meet the criteria for Eileen's May Photo Search.

Each month Eileen picks a theme for photo searches.  May was red, June will be "things that start with D".  Eileen's Monthly Photo Searches

The red that I saw in the merry month of May ...

  1. Lucky to happen to have taken these, and good to see you joining the monthly challenge. (Now why were you photographing your wheatbag I ask myself?!) I haven't got any petunias yet and am wondering whether to try to get any. Ah we both took our country's flag ... and I almost took photos of Lindt bunnies wearing their bell collars!! (I assume kitty toy?)

    1. wheatbag (heat bag) was part of a thankyou email to the friend that made it; yes bell collars from the Lindt bunnies, kitties not allowed to play with as it is a choking hazard, noticed the collars when taking a photo of outside :)

  2. Woe, such beautiful reds in such a wide variety of places. The little red tie on the wind chime is amazingly vibrant.

  4. Those flowers are gorgeous. Is that a window crank in the 3rd photo? It took me a while to recognize it. :)

    1. the red on the wind chime is a pipe cleaner for the purpose of tying up the chimes when it gets too windy - trying to be a consider neighbour :)
